HIV patients are living longer then ever through the advent of several new classes of anti-viral medications. These medications including the class of anti-viral protease inhibitors have been thought to be implicated in producing side effects that can cause loss of fat and redistribution of fat in various areas of the body of HIV infected patients. One of the most common side effects results is what has become known as facial wasting, a sunken cheek area producing a sallow gaunt and emaciated appearance. Facial wasting is a stigma of HIV infected individuals.

Facial Treatment Puts Smile Back On AIDS Patients

Dr. Senderoff, who has treated over 100 patients with facial wasting, says Radiance has little or no side effects. “I find it to be effective, long-lasting easy to use, with a high satisfaction rate,” he says.

A spokesperson for the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery agreed, saying not only does it work, it lasts longer, three to five years.

New York Plastic Surgeon Introduces Next Generation Pectoral Implant Procedure

Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Douglas M. Senderoff, MD, FACS recently introduced the endoscopic pectoral implant procedure to his New York clientele. This procedure, also referred to as male chest enhancement, is a cosmetic procedure for men who are unable to achieve satisfactory pectoral muscles despite regular exercise.

Pectoral enlargement is becoming a popular request in the New York metropolitan area.
